Diamond saw blade is widely used in our daily life, so how can we judge the quality of diamond saw blade? Here are some common methods
1、Observe whether the weld and the base are tightly welded
There will be a weld between the weld and the substrate before brazing. If the arc surface at the bottom of the cutter head is fully integrated with the substrate, there will be no gap. The gap indicates that the cutter head on the diamond saw blade is not fully integrated with the substrate, mainly because the arc surface at the bottom of the cutter head is not evenly polished.
2、Measure the weight of the saw blade
The heavier the diamond saw blade, the thicker the better, because if the saw blade is heavy, the greater the inertia force during cutting, and the more stable the cutting is. Generally speaking, 350mm diamond saw blade should be about 2kg, and 400mm diamond saw blade should be about 3kg.
3、Check whether the cutter head on the diamond saw blade is on the same straight line
If the cutter head is not on the same straight line, it means that the size of the cutter head is irregular, some may be wide and some may be narrow, which will lead to unstable cutting when cutting stone and affect the quality of the saw blade.
4、Check the hardness of the substrate
The higher the hardness of the matrix, the less likely it is to deform. Therefore, whether the hardness of the matrix meets the standard during welding or cutting directly affects the quality of the saw blade. High temperature welding does not deform, and it does not deform under Force Majeure conditions. It is a good matrix. After being processed into a saw blade, it is a good saw blade.
