Selection of distribution density
If the distribution density of diamond changes from small to large, the sharpness and sawing efficiency of the saw blade will gradually decrease, and the service life will gradually become longer; However, if the density is too high, the saw blade will become less sharp. If the distribution density is low and the particle size is coarse, the efficiency will be improved. The effect of each part of the cutting head is different when sawing and cutting. When the concentration is different, the middle depression occurs during the operation of the cutting head in the sawing process, which is good for avoiding the deviation of the saw blade.
Selection of strength
The diamond with too high strength will make the crystal difficult to be cut, and the abrasive grains will be polished when used, and the sharpness will be reduced, resulting in poor performance of the tool; When the strength of diamond is low, it is easy to break after the crystal is impacted, and it is difficult to shoulder the responsibility of cutting amount. Therefore, the diamond strength should be between 13 and 140n.
